Shipping, Packing & Dispatch
All orders will be dispatched via Australia Post.
Shipping costs are available at check out.
Delivery options vary depending on the value of the order. Tracking and signature on delivery is available on all orders.
In situations where a customer doesn’t select a delivery option that includes tracking, Cards of Champions will not be liable for damaged or orders lost in transit. In these circumstances, the replacement of damaged goods or lost items is at the discretion of Cards of Champions.
Delivery times depend on the service selected and delivery location (please refer to the Australia Post website for delivery times and coverage).
Orders will typically be dispatched within 3 business days of cleared payment.
International shipping is not available.
Cancellations
Requests to cancel an order must be made within 24 hours of payment. A cancellation request will not be processed if the order has already been shipped
Refunds
Cards of Champions will not be issue refunds on the basis of a change of mind. Consideration may be given to exchanging items on a case-by-case basis. In these circumstances, the postage cost to return the item is the responsibility of the buyer
Returns
Cards of Champions will not accept returns unless mutually agreed within 2 business days of receipt of item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If you would like to submit a request to return an item, please contact us at sales@cardsofchampions.com.au within 2 business days of receiving your order. Please clearly nominate the reason for wanting to return the item. If approved, you will be provided a return address and we ask that you organise return shipment immediately.
The refund for your purchase (plus the postage costs of returning the order) will be processed after the returned item has received and checked.
Orders returned to Cards of Champions due to the customers refusal to accept delivery will be not be accepted as a return under any circumstances.
Return to Sender
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate as we cannot be held responsible for order delays due to incorrect details. Orders returned to Cards of Champions will be re-shipped with costs to be covered by the customer.
Age of Consent
In placing an order with Cards of Champions you are declaring that you are of the proper legal age to purchase the selected item or items. Should we discover that you are not legally entitled to be purchasing these goods, we will not be obliged to complete the transaction.
