Q: HOW WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED?
All orders are shipped by Australia Post. Delivery costs and options are available at checkout. Most orders will be shipped with tracking and signature on delivery. Feel free to ask any questions about shipping options prior to placing an order.
Q: WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Generally, standard postage times are 3-6 business days depending on location. Express Post postage times are 1-3 business days depending on location (please refer to the Australia Post website for further information).
Q: DO I COMBINE POSTAGE?
Postage will always be combined. Please contact me if there are any problems at checkout stage.
Q: HOW WILL MY ITEMS BE PACKED?
All orders will be packed securely and carefully to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Typically, padded envelopes/mailing bags (inside layer bubble wrapped) are used. Cards are generally packed in plastic sleeves and top loaders in a team bag between cardboard. Large sets of cards will be packed securely in an appropriately sized satchel.
Q: DAMAGED ITEMS OR LOST IN TRANSIT?
Please contact us if you don’t receive your item within 14 days of the shipping lodgement date or if your order has been damaged in transit.
Q: WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
Afterpay and PayPal are all acceptable payment forms.
